People’s Pamphlet

Ethan researched and wrote a short booklet designed to help the tsunami-affected people of Sri Lanka understand what happened and how the community had mobilized to help them. Published in three languages (English, Sinhala and Tamil) by the Consortium of Humanitarian Agencies in 2005.
